TBS Live Rock is some of the most alive, beautifully colored aquacultured rock available today... anywhere IMHO... This rock is AquaCultured from the Gulf of Mexico In Florida, plucked from the Aquaculture site by scuba divers, transported to their holding facilites Under WATER. It is then Kept in WATER at the TBS Store, and more importantly SHIPPED to YOU IN WATER!!!

TBS Live Rock Photo Gallery and Index

Because it’s shipped and kept underwater, means everything that was on or in the rock when it was in the Ocean, is still ALIVE when it gets to your door... yes, there is minimal die off, and some unwanted hitchikers are possible, but Unlike other rock that is shipped DRY and Basically DEAD, this stuff comes to you teeming with LIFE! The rock requires no “curing” since its basically not DEAD. only DEAD and dying rock needs to be cured.
