2. Curly Cue Anemone (Aiptasia Family)

This is an aiptasia family anemone from the Gulf. its a filter feeder which will not take over your tank like its cousin the pacific aiptasia or glass anemone. The curly cues dont need to be killed as others are using injections of various concoctions.. ie Joes Juice. Many inject the pacific version in the mouth or the stalk to remove them from the tank DO NOT pinch them or pull them apart as they replicate massively from each particle if you do!  Photo:dsp
